Paula
was pursuing her doctorate degree at Kent State University,
when she decided to attend her first network marketing meeting.
Her first experience was with Amway. Out of a million distributors
at the time, there were approximately 300 Diamonds and above.
Paula was the first single woman in North America to reach
Diamond. Today Paula is known worldwide not only as one of
the top network marketers and trainers, but also as a person
of integrity in a very competitive industry.
In network
marketing, as in other industries, as times change so do
opportunities. Some companies don't stay progressive.
Some companies don't make the best decisions for their
distributors and sometimes better opportunities emerge
and over time you make a choice. And sometimes a company
goes out of business because markets change and owners
change. Paula and her partner Kathy have faced all of
these scenarios during their careers in network
marketing.
Overcoming
adversity has not only made them stronger, but also made
them empathetic to what distributors face today. It has
taught them that no matter how secure you may feel today
it is important that you develop philosophies, skills
and techniques that transcend your current situation.
These will be valuable no matter where your career in
network marketing takes you. Their experiences over the
years have made them most astute at evaluating the
winning formula that makes one company succeed while
another fails. Read
